I’ve tried all the things, how is this different?

This program is completely different to others because it comes from personal experience and expertise. Rather than pushing your dear body, mind and spirit further it works with your nervous system to heal and become whole again incrementally.

You will learn how to balance and recalibrate your nervous system, get out of the push/crash cycle, step away from yoyo dieting and avoid silly fads, unnecessary medications , going hard or trying a million things at once.

When does the program start and finish?

The program runs for 12 weeks of curriculum, coaching and community. We run only three live cohorts a year. Our 2025 groups start on:

PLUS you’ll have access to the curriculum learning materials for life and can jump in and out again at any time that suits you if you need a reset or boost!

What's included in the program?

Online Coaching Support Access to specialised coaches - who are empathetic, experienced, and educated in the health, wellbeing and recovery from burnout methods that work.

Weekly coaching calls - covering key topics to accelerate your recovery. These calls are designed to move you in the direction of recovery by focusing on the most common challenges, questions, and struggles. Get coached by our qualified team of coaches on our weekly group Zoom calls to help you break through physical, mental & emotional challenges and overcome barriers.

Members-only private Online Community Group - be part of a like-minded, positive, uplifting community where you are fully understood and can share and learn from others on the same journey

10 Degree Shift Coaches - be supported by our 10DS Coaches who are there to guide and support you on your journey. Our Coaches have all walked the same path as you so they get it. Their goal is to be a witness for you and support you with empathy and wisdom to help you stay on track.

Online video training modules – covering 10 key topics related to the happiest, healthiest people in the world. Video trainings broken down into specific topic

Weekly accountability check lists – tools to help you to increase your consistency (absolutely critical) , motivation, and forward momentum.

Recipe Library – a whole resource kit of healthy, easy to prepare recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner for maintaining wellbeing, vitality and stablising blood sugar levels.

Is this really that easy to do? I've never had any luck making lifestyle changes before.

Yes the program is super smart and SIMPLE! AJ is a big believer in the KISS principle. There are three core pillars in the program all designed with you and supporting you in mind to make it as easy as possible for you.

Curriculum - We cover one shift each week, with video and written lessons along with resources to help you take action.

Coaching – Weekly group coaching calls to help you stay on track and have all your questions answered.

Community – support from the most amazing community – our focus is on the positive and what we can do rather than the symptoms and issues with what we can’t do. We love cheering each other on and celebrating wins, no matter how small

What is covered in the program?

Each week we cover a different topic, don’t be overwhelmed by it all it’s a step by step, little by little program and you have access to the curriculum for life as we want you to succeed and be well.

What if I am afraid I will completely crash if I slow down and only take small shifts?

As they say small and steady wins the race. This is not a race to the finish line, it’s a journey to a healthier, happier you. When you start healing from overwhelm, burnout and past traumas and your body finally exits “fight or flight” mode, something truly wonderful starts to happen: your body craves rest & silence. No, it’s not laziness. It’s your dear body’s way of catching up on all those years it didn’t feel safe enough to relax. You deserve to heal, to recover and to feel whole again. Rest is productive, healing is progress and each time you uplevel you have to reinstate a new “Set Point”. This becomes your new normal and is your next-level foundation. Our 10 Degree Shift Community will hold you accountable but they won’t ever push you beyond your limits, that’s unhealthy and can set you back.
